About Us
Obtaining Medicare and Medicaid eligibility is a complex and often confusing process, but it doesn’t have to be.
After 25 years of assisting our clients throughout each of their unique healthcare journeys, we at The Connect Care Advisory Group have developed a certain sense of pride in our abilities. We boldly face the challenge each and every day to put ourselves in our clients’ shoes, to ascertain their needs, and to quickly develop a plan that will successfully obtain them Medicare & Medicaid eligibility.
This benefits our clients and their families immensely in both saving on legal expenses and removing the daily threat of immense, unfeasible, and unsustainable healthcare bills.
Why Us
Connected:
We have nearly 25 years of experience in the field managing operations and consulting for some of the most reputable nursing homes/medical facilities in the tri-state area. The unique insight that this gives us is part of what allows us to keep achieving these successful outcomes for our clients.
Strong Leadership:
Our values and experience are defined by our founder and President, Ginalisa Monterroso, who originally began the company to represent the interests of families in the intimidating and baffling world of Medicare/Medicaid.
Ginalisa and others grew tired of hearing the same discussions of helplessness coming from family members.
Advocacy:
The system is not designed for the sick - In other words, if you are devoting all of your power to healing or caretaking, then the challenge of obtaining benefits can be nothing short of a Herculean task.
You need a true advocate - someone who knows the system well, who has every inclination to speak up for you. We have been that partner for hundreds of clients like you.
Let our seasoned experts smooth the path for you/your loved one, so that you can focus on what really matters.
We believe in what we do, and we embrace the challenge.
OUR STORY
Twenty years ago my daughter was born with Down Syndrome.
The hospital provided me with no services or guidance on raising a daughter with Down syndrome. I was angry and alone. But I fought the system to make sure Tara was enrolled in all the right schools and provided with right care she needed. Now I help families and patients navigate through the complex government bureaucracy.
